Booking Conditions / Payment of Fees

A deposit of 50% of the safari rate is required to confirm the booking.
The outstanding balance of 50% of total daily fees or package payable 30 days prior to arrival, failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit .
No safari will be confirmed or valid, and the outfitter may at its sole discretion decide not to allow the safari to commence, unless payment of the full required deposit has been received.
The balance of the invoice i.e. trophy fees , sundries – shot & wounded – and all additional expenses payable in camp before departure only in Travellers Cheques, Word Cheques or Cash.
Marromeu Safaris is entitled to retain trophies, if any amount due and payable on a completed safari is still outstanding.

Cancellations

If a safari is cancelled more than 365 days prior to the commencement of the safari, all payments made to date, less a 10%  fee will be refunded.
If a safari is cancelled between 180 and 365 days prior to the commencement date of the safari, a 50% refund of all payments made to date will be made.
If a safari is cancelled within a 180 days prior to the commencement of a safari, no refund will be made.
If a safari is rolled over to a following year for whatsoever reason and then cancelled, no refund will be made unless a substitute can be provided for the exact contracted period that has been cancelled.
In  the event of Force Majeure, meaning acts of God, explosion, floods, tempest, fire or accident, war, threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance, government intervention, weather conditions or other untoward occurrences ,Marromeu Safaris  is entitled to vary or cancel any itinerary or arrangement and any refunds in this case are solely to the discretion of the company, although all endeavors shall be made to refund where possible.

Insurance & Health

We strongly recommend that you obtain the following types of insurance:

• Accidental Death and Disability
• Loss of personal effects
• Emergency Evacuation
• Medical
• Trip Cancellation.

Please make sure your policies are up to date and you are fully insured before you travel.

Liability

Hunting is a sport that  involves risk and big game hunting can be dangerous.
Marromeu safaris and its staff will take every possible care to safeguard you and your property.
Marromeu Safaris accept no responsibility for any accident, injury, illness theft  or fatality incurred during or arising while on safari, nor loss or damage of property.
Marromeu Safaris will sub-contract reliable and duly licensed and authorized service providers but will not accept any kind of responsibilities from their acts that might incur in whatsoever nature to the client.
Marromeu Safaris informs all our clients that they must be aware and have full knowledge of all risks involving a hunting activity , so all clients must certify that they do not have any physical or psychological disease or limitation of any kind  that can preclude the safe participation in the hunting or any activity inside the hunting area.
Marromeu safaris gives no guarantees for any animal not obtained during the hunt as we adhere to the principals and regulations of Fair Chase.
Marromeu Safaris  reserves the right without further notice to make use of any photography or film taken on the trip by our staff of you and your hunting for general purposes without payment to or permission from you. By allowing and or providing photographs to the Company, the client must grant perpetual use, irrevocable license, non-exclusive use and is considered paid in full by our Company.
